BRADENTON, FL—Sarasota-based Audio Video Partners (AVP) was awarded the design-build contract for an Audio Visual System located on the fifth floor of the Manatee County Government Administrative Center.
The 5th floor renovation, currently under way, will include a divisible meeting space and a training room. The AV system design was engineered and led by Tony Liga, AVP’s Commercial Account Manager.
One highlight of the AV system is a 4-camera HD video production system that will be controlled by Manatee’s in-house METV broadcast team for live streaming and live video conferencing. And there will be a 2x2 video wall in the chamber which equals a screen size of 103-inch diagonal.
The Board of Commissioners will have an all wireless digital microphone solution and the ability to showcase their meetings throughout the space using up to eleven 65-inch LED TV displays via a Crestron 16x16 digital video matrix switcher. All three spaces will be controlled via four 10-inch touch screen panels and a Crestron control system.
“It has been an honor to work closely with Manatee County Construction Services Department and Fawley Bryant Architecture to help bring the County’s vision to life,” says Liga. “It’s equally given AVP the opportunity to showcase our expertise in the local commercial AV market. We couldn’t be more excited to see it once completed!”
